@@bulldog1066jpd Oh dang I never expected a reply, especially this late haha. Yea I figured it was there to protect the sidewall, but thanks for confirming it!
@@Steeler_ bruh I'm even more surprised you picked up and replied to the answer..... I built and raced for 4 yrs at Arena Essex in the late 90s..... got through so many mk2 grannies and mk4/5 cortinas as well as mk 3 capris...... Good old days of bangers
@@bulldog1066jpd Haha that is what having notifications on does to a person. I wish we had banger racing around here but the closest we get is demolition derby which is close but banger racing feels like a step above in sheer craziness. Sounds like you had a hell of a fun time though with a lot of great memories!
@@Steeler_ surprising to have any memories after the amount of concussion I got out there ...... try searching for Swaffham raceway or Wimbledon London open meetings from the 2000 era ish for some of the hardest meetings.... you'll not be disappointed. Stay well buddy.
wayne martin yeah it's a good one to get, but the only downside to it is that it takes loads of space on the hard drive and you need a good computer to process it.
Nice presentation on your part ! But...BUT(T), mon amour, why purposely crash & disable you buggy and thusly NOT 'ave any chance of winning? I mean, there are prize monies awarded, what? Or does everyone get ZIP for their effort?
That's is a really good video for the stock cars and a limo banger on the track
dumb question but what is up with the second sidewall on tires you see on many cars? like at 0:49 or 1:43, for protection or?
Cars have inner tubes and part of another tyre is cut and fitted to protect the sidewall against sidewall punctures.
