We have universal health care in Brazil and all public hospitals, according to the law, have to take nationals or foreigners in case of emergency. It´s free of charge because it´s already in the taxes.

It reminded me when I lost control of my BMX bike going downhill (hill bomb) when I was a teenager. My back was like a raw steak after I crashed. It was so painful to remove all the dirt and gravel and it took two months for the skin to grow back. Ouchhh! hahahahahahaha

Probably the "thing that's felling weird" on your 160 is the handlebar, it's one of the first things that bends when you fall
It was the whole front forks unit like the triple clamps or the stem or something it was damaged and loose, it was pretty bad haha the forks pretty much moved back and forward

That was light!! I fell off my bike trying to learn some wheelies, broke my left arm and it was needed a surgery to put it back on place hahaha keep going!!! Vai Brasil!!
