In large part due to your review, I've booked here for a week in March. It's not in an area I normally stay, but right on Soi Buakhao, you can get anywhere. :-) Thanks for doing the hotel reviews.

I stayed there in August. It was nice. The room was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good. I hope they are finished with the construction now. They were using a hammer drill on the floor above me at about 3pm. One thing I think they should have done was put smart TV in the room. Good one Besty
Quality review. Last few times I went to pattaya I have always stayed in Opey De Place because that’s the perfect little square of everything I like to be around in Pattaya. But this looks ideal too. Maybe I’ll book it for Christmas.

My highest respect for you. I also liked the little modification of the lyrics at the end of the song (#begger) lol.
Were the sunlounges all taken up when u got to the pool in the afternoon? And I believe there is no bahtbus from walking street right? Great review bfb . Very informative
The baht us goes right outside the hotel, if you take it to the right, quite often you'll end up on second road where you can walk down to walking street. Getting back, there is no direct baht bus from walking street. As for sunloungers, there's not very many of them at all!
Besty, Katesiree Residence is a good budget hotel. Great location and open bar at the front that has very cheap beer with many TV screens. They also do a nice steak.

Awesome review, pretty much all informations you need to know. Unfortunately you didn't say anything about noise. Are walls, windows and doors sound proof? Can you hear what happens in your neighbour rooms or what what happens on the corridor?

Good to get a comprehensive hotel review in Pattaya, many are a bit half hearted. Can’t knock the price when a decent breakfast sets you up for the day.
Just a bit more information regarding the breakfast - anyone that's not very good at getting up in the morning, might be a bit disappointed - theyre only serving breakfast until 10.am.
The irony in this video is that across the road almost from Udit court where i ran away with the receptionist . Now up country i showed her this. Nice review
not a lot of choice for breakfast .u r paying 34 /33 pounds a night in low season will be empty in so called high season me thinks .Saying that one of the best rooms iv"e seen .Enjoy ur trip NICK ASHALL COMMENTING HERE
So Pattaya newest hotel burns 3 months later? I am not really a fan of Pattaya any longer. So many negatives. So many other countries in SE Asia. I will leave Pattaya to the indians and the russians and the chinese.

It was quite badly fire damaged about a few weeks ago. Please check that it will be fully operational by March.
