Faares got to live at home and save every dime he made, unlike some of us who had to leave because of severely abusive parents. I’m so glad that Faares got to live at home & save every penny instead of wasting it on rent to the rich landlord-like he has become. There’s also a lesson he doesn’t teach, which is making money can become an obsession & instead of enjoying life with new found wealth, life can become a chore & disappointment if making money becomes the focus. Not only is that dumb to buy in cash . You could have hotten 2 or 3 for the same price and lowered your taxable income.
