I have social anxiety too and when he talked about him forcing himself to do stuff, I freaked out because I never heard someone having the same struggles as me. My therapist always tells me that it gets better after multiple times, but as he said, it kinda doesn't and I always thought that was my fault.
@@TheGoreTheorists I plan on going to one when I'm of age, but it really seems that really good or at least normal therapists can be hard to come by and it's making the idea of looking for one sound like such a pain
