Wayanad is top north of kerala, i would suggest places in order -> Wayanad -> Guruvayoor -> Kochi -> Munnar -> back to Kochi -> Allepy -> Varkala
Final return can be from Tivendrum(50km from varkala) which has good connectivity for both trains and flights.
