being a tinker player must be suffering, every big patch your hero gets absolutely dumpstered by valve, then suddenly becomes OP again in a different way in the next patch only to get inevitably dumpstered again

I think they should bring old tinker back, but give ult the same mechanic as Dazzle ult, but with mana not hp, so each time he casts it he gets a debuff which increases its cost, so he can only rearm X number of times before burning all his mana.
Obviously I'll let the balance wizards figure out the exact number it should be. But yes bring old tinker back
