Mike's travels are one of the best on youtube. His interactions with the people are always seemingly fun and sincere. I've watched some other travelers (I won't say their names), who refuse to try some of the foods, and not care too much about getting to know the people. They seem timid and afraid!!
I like his old vids. unfortunately he mostly only does tribe vids now. He hosts a epic adventure audio drama podcast called "against the odds" by wondery
I’ve been waiting for what feels like months for a new video! Finally❤ And one of the first things I see is a giant white guy(Mike) scaring little children. It’s gonna be a good video😂
Hello there 😊 I am so interested to know more about the beliefs and rituals of your people 🙏 is there any way that I could contact you? Social media handle, email etc. Only if you would be open to answering silly questions from an intrigued South African 🙏🙏
Just another of awesome watching experience. These culture are something that we always look forward to watch. If Harare's tribes were spices, the city would be a potjiekos simmering with flavor, aroma, and a whole lot of cultural goodness.
Love your show. You are a blessed man. 😇😘 I live along a Native American Reservation and rent from a Native woman I've known for 15 years. I hear stories and have "seen" things. They have their own unique Physics on their Land. I always wonder if their Spirits are of their Culture or can be tapped into by anyone. Does it work because of their Faith? I was raised by a Faith Healer and I know that I have abilities on one level ONLY because I grew up in that culture and witnessed things as a child. I don't do western medicine not because I intellectually disagree but because my Soul believes something else.
Im in Bulawayo Zimbabwe. So amazing to see you are here in Zimbabwe. Would be great to see you touring Bulawayo and meet you in person. Would love to meet you. Im a big fan
So the common belief was that if you happen to fall while running away from a chigure (singular) or zvigure (plural) chasing after you, and graze or hurt your skin in the fall, that wound would never heal. 😄😄Just a myth of course.
This is an awesome comment. I didn’t even know that there was such things. I loved other peoples culture in history, of course, along with my own, but I’m fascinated by the other parts of the world.
Mike promise me that one day you'll visit my birthplace of GRENADA in the Caribbean and do one of your videos you wouldn't be disappointed you'll fall in love with this place promise.
Followed your channel for a while now, and although I absolutely love your content, I do wish you made your videos longer. I think you condense them for “easier viewing” but to be honest I think you’re wasting something that a lot of us would love to see.
love your show but i wish you would do some more of the ones like when you and your friend go and spend the night in the villages and let us see how other cultures live , will you be doing any more of those ? it was funny how you got out of having to be with the lady that wanted to spend the night with you in one of the village hauls , great smile by the way and not its not a come on just a observation,
My continent, Africa, is blessed with things that money cannot buy such as joy and happiness to the point that even our “demons” can’t help but break it down 😂😂😂. What a gift from our ancestors to remain joyful and resilient despite difficult circumstances 🙏🏾
i'm from america and i can tell you that watching these videos of people and places in Africa i can see the joy and happiness and the love and i wish i were a part of it 💓
It's my dream to travel the world and learn/ document other cultures... all I want to do in life is exactly what you do. I've just got no clue on how to start, I thought maybe I should study journalism but I'm just wondering if you have any advice 😄 thanks and please keep posting I love your channel!
Hello here, been a while since I watched fearless and far, but in Kenya, we call this "story za jaba" tell me why those things are real humans, the crocodiles are people, so is the python... In short they really are talented, when it comes to action 😅😅😅😅😅😅
I really like you message, but I Think it is important to mention that for many people the world is not a peacful, friendly place at all. There are always two side of the coin. But again, I like you content 😊
i remember as a kid being traumatised by zvi Nyau .... i saw a group and one naked ass painted Nyau ru ning after me .i was so scared of the people ..the myths and powers they are supposed to have are legendary ..i believe they originated from Malawi
Hey man your project is so inspiring! I’ll be doing something similar in a near future! Do you travel to other places? China 🇨🇳, India 🇮🇳, South America?
I am an Arab and I understand English, but there are many Arabs who do not understand it. I hope that you will add the Arabic translation and open the way for Arab followers, because what you present we find very amazing. Please accept my regards from 🇸🇦
What endless stories in Zimbabwe, Mike 🤙. I hope to see the second part since it was so short-lived. I want to know the symbols of each element in clothing Bro🤙🇿🇼💙🇿🇼
