Mist Eaters are one of my second favourite, simply because of the coming back from the death mechanic like Hazardous Mechs, you can just kill a Mech, then simply drop a smoke right on them and their back, another thing is the fact they are the only squad with 2 flying Mechs
mist eaters are my personal favourite from the new update. I had a run where I got electrical smoke and absolutely cleaned house. great gameplay as always soulmata :)
@@devilpistons1269 There haven't been any rule changes, the only mechanic changes are from the new Vek and Weapons. So more variety and challenge in that regard, but if you were good at ITB before, you will still be good at it. I think arguably there are now more powerful combinations of pilot abilities and some OP squads, but also more randomness with enemies so it sort of balances out.
Rarely. The only time it matters is to ensure your arty doesn't get webbed. You will see if I see leapers or something I will put things that cannot remove themselves from that via push or jump or something, I keep them away from the front.

It's hard to choose for me, mist eaters vs arachnophiles vs bombermechs, they've all got something cool going on.
@@soulmata Why not cataclysm?
Liked playing Mist Eaters so much, had a lot of fun! They have great weapons from the get go: smoldering shells AND control shot
Nice run, I really like the Mist Eaters
Clutch resist if I ever saw one! Congrats!
It wouldn't have mattered as I was already in the hive. I sometimes sacrifice grid in the hive because it does not contribute to your score.
Kai with gemini missiles is always a beautiful thing to watch
It truly is.
매우 깔끔하게 처리하는데 턴종료하는 시간도 짧은게 대단하네요
Yup.
we back? we baaaack
also would anybody be so kind as to tell me a few big things that AE added to the game?
New squads, new enemy types, new missions, new pilots, a lot of new pilot abilities, and a ton of new weapons too.
@@soulmata outside of new content, any significant mechanical changes?

@@soulmata got it, thank you
Awwww hell yeah!
Thank you
Oh, dude on 2:13:49 could make grid damage :)
Grid dmg on the final island doesn't affect total score, so it is ok. Also, 1 time the grid was hit it resisted that was amazing
@@tidel_wave Thanks, I didn't know that grid gamage on the final island doesn't affect total score
meanwhile me spending half an hour each turn
Do starting positions matter at all to you? A lot of the times it looks like you're just placing them wherever and then starting the fight immedietely
