Dyson Sphere Program is a sci-fi simulation game with space, adventure,
exploration and factory automation elements where you have to build your
own galactic industrial empire from scratch
In the distant future, the power of science and technology has ushered a new age to the human race. Space and time have become irrelevant thanks
to virtual reality. A new kind of supercomputer has been developed - a machine which superior artificial intelligence and computing capability will
push humanity even further. There is only one problem: there isn’t enough
energy in the whole planet to feed this machine.
You are a space engineer in charge of a project launched by the space alliance COSMO, tasked with a massive undertaking: constructing a Dyson
Sphere, a megastructure that would orbit around a star, harnessing all its
power and energy. Only a few decades ago it was considered a hypothetical, impossible invention - but now it’s in your hands… if you can manage to develop this space workshop in some galactic backwater into a galaxy-wide industrial production empire!
ABOUT EARLY ACCESS
While the core mechanics of Dyson Sphere Program are ready, the game still can grow and evolve a lot - and Early Access is just the perfect place for it to reach its true potential. We believe that by letting players experience the main content of Dyson Sphere Program and actively interacting with them to collect their feedback will allow us to improve the game and make it much better than it would be without this Early Access stage. Our plans are for this EA stage to be about 1 year long. But that is not written in stone

One suggestion might be to add the 'math' in a box in the corner of the screen (maybe over the planet?) Where we can see what you're currently working on and how the math checks out? This would work for your Factorio videos too! Love your content

I dunno how you've been managing your ratios up until now, but if you're not using spreadsheets you should check em out and learn to use them. They're super handy for this kind of thing.
I always find the calculation parts a little confusing with more complex builds in DSP/Factorio so I'd love this

I just got finished building my rocket factory that includes 24/sec Quantum Chip. Easily the most ambitious thing I've built, and turning it on and launching 12 rockets per sec was so satisfying. Wouldn't have been possible without inspiration from your videos, and factoriolab.
Logistic station output stacking is really a godsend for casimir crystals. A single 4-stacked lane of hydrogen can provide the input of ~27 tier 3 assemblers.

Much better flow now in the video. We get to see other planets and D-spheres getting under way. This really looks like the best factory style game ever built. Making the tedious parts easy and allowing modern UI is awesome. This could be a few months worth of game

Hello Nilaus! Thank you for your videos on DSP. I have already been able to get a lot of inspiration here. I am kind of under the spell of the game. There are not many who make such thoughtful videos about this game.

optical grating crystals are not being requested from outside the planet as it was set as remote supply. Also, I think you need more ray receivers since sphere is generating 5 GW and you are getting only 1.3 GW
that may only be what is demanded by the system.
I would say gosh whyyyyyy so many sails whyyyyy its like 1 iron per sail not counting the other resources, just the iron is an absurd waste if over launching instead of permanent dyson cells
Can we have a DSP maths tutorial at some stage please? I know you often cover the numbers, but you go too fast for someone like me who is trying to get to grips with the basic production calculations.

you can proliferate the proliferators to get 75 sprays for the MK3's
Wait proliferate the mk3 one before sending it to the machines? I normally just proliferate inputs for every building but for proloferators it would make sense to proliferate outputs if it works

What's the thing about stacked output? AFAIK, one unit of paint can be used for a single stack of ingredients no matter how high, so you're wasting a lot of paint if you don't stack. Or did a patch change that?

i unlocked the mk3 sorter stacking and it seems to have broken all these builds. how can I adjust it to make it work with the stacking? input products only make it about half way down the line.
