Mam would u please clarify a doubt for me ....in von willebrands disease, platelet adhesion itself is defective no....so without platelet adhesion and aggregation how will secondary clot form.... And also even though extrinsic pathway is normal but platelet adhesion itself is not happening, so PT should be prolonged no...why it is normal then
