Watching Russian Weakest Link and comparing it to U.S./British ones. Very different mentalities: Russians try to make more money and really do get rid of weaker players, they think about the fact that stronger player will make them more money in the end. British/U.K. play more strategy and get rid of strong players, it seems like they care more about getting 1st place than getting more money. In Russian shows very often it's two smartest. mostly two men in the finals. In U.K./British, very often one woman makes it to the finale (because nobody wanted to get her out as the weaker competitor) and loses to the man.
I think they were trying to find the right formula to build Anne’s character. If you see her very first episodes, it’s noticably different than how most people know.

Kind of a dumb statement to make and it isn't the first time I've heard this excuse. I loved this game when it first came out, eons ago and still come back to it.
120 minutes IS 2 hours Anne! When you asked David how many minutes a student practicing piano for 20 minutes a day for 6 days is, his answer was correct. Saying "Wrong. 2 hours" is id¡○tic as well as incorrect. When you ask him how many minutes was it, the correct answer is 120 minutes. Even though the time period is also 2 hours, when you ask specifically for the minutes, 2 hours is technically incorrect!
