The agencies and the employers keep rejecting and they will tell you they want the one living there.
You are right. I have got my positive skill assessment since but no employer till today.
The problem is getting an employer. We have done skill assessment but where is the job ? 😢
Honestly this pathway is one that anyone should take advantage of if you can meet the requirements which is not hard to meet

Your registration fee is too expensive for just 2 weeks course, moreover, the applicant is doing it by self. Reduce the price.

Aside the qualifications of almost like an OND, what about having an experience like I had in the UK about 14 years ago when I did my master's degree there? I can provide an evidence that I'm still into healthcare services is required but I don't have any result in that field but experience.
