Very rightly said we need to uplift the standard of nursing in India.
Nursing in India and abroad is difficult.
We have uplift the standard of nursing in India starting from infection control.
Thou the salary of nurses is good abroad but the cost of living is high too.
Yes if u work in the gulf countries its better as u don't pay tax and can save a lot of money compared to USA, UK and other European countries.
The nurses salary in India Bmc and government hospitals are very good.
Nurses coming from India should be made aware of their accountability and responsibility if they want to work abroad, its not like India.

Sector for nurses and dropped it after 3 months and now am planning to prepare for Indian government jobs and for overseas.
My doubts is for working in overseas we need experience of minimum 1 year for that we need to work in pvt. Hospital especially for fresher with no experience it will be tough. Please guide the correct path to overseas for fresher nurses with no experience.

But I'm confused totally. What to do now I want to came Australia or any country To Show My Talent And Earn money As Per My Work. Looking forward to hear differences between Nurses working in UK nd indian govt nurses.
One more thing I request you to consider while comparing is the expenses nd earnings in context of same country. Because when people compare only salaries of both countries, converting pound to INR that will only cast one side of a coin. But how could we forgot about the expenses where we also have to pay in pounds nd the dearness which has no similarities in both places.
And does earning in UK being a nurse enhance your overall affordability (living with your parents, wife and children) comparing Indian govt nurses??

I would like to add a little ground reality which you are unaware off ,First Most students joining Nursing stream come from Economically weak strata of society Besides Nursing never been a first option of carrier ,the cream layer prefer MBBS, BDS BAMS ,the left over students of low Merits, weak in English join Nursing, that too GNM course of Govt institute, rest join ANM of private,
And the Private sector Nursing home instead of prefering GNM or BSc ( don't want to pay high salary) prefer ANM ,ANM are paid very low and are exploited ,they are extracted for more hour,as ANM are not competative qualified, available forever, So No attrition
These ANM pool devalue the qualified BSc, GNM, nurses ,so won't ask justified salary

True line ,In India no value of nursing profession ,not give good salary in private hospitals 20k -25k . Private me security guard or GDA ko b hmare equal salary dete h , vo sirf ek nursing ko professional ka name dete h ,but not salary , isliye hme aapne knowledge ,time ko sirf shi place pe he invest krna chahiye , not in private hospitals , thanku so much sir for giving right path for future nursing officer's 🙏👏👏👏👏👏
