These poor people love and light to all in Fl & South Carolina
I want to thank channel 10 news for the excellent coverage during and after hurricane Ian. I watched you live the entire time. I live in St. Petersburg and we are blessed to have dodged the bullet. Nevertheless, my heart and prayers go out to the severely affected communities. We did have damage to our privacy fence but not like during Irma. I have three friends who've been contacting us via Facebook and I have tried troubleshooting trying to help them any way I can from here. A nurse in Georgia helped my veteran friend with regard to keeping her eye infection at bay because she could not get the antibiotic cream that a medic tent of employees wrote the script for her. There are no open pharmacies, long gas lines so getting the medicine right now is impossible. I have another friend who stood in line for meals only to receive MREs for which she can't fix because she has no water and no electricity. Another friend had me call FPL to let them know she's without power and there is no known time or date when it will be reconnected. My veteran friend gave a blow by blow account on her fb page of the horrifying hours as hurricane Ian was pounding on her aunt's home and the water surge that she was trying to get info on. My heart was breaking for her. The house is still intact but the mental trauma will last her lifetime. Then getting back to her rental place she had lost part of the roof and as cleaning something flew into her eye. For days she needed to get to a clinic but now she can't get the antibiotic. My nurse friend in Georgia, via my fb post about my veteran friend's need, responded and guided her as to how she can care for it til she can get that medication. These are real people struggling in the aftermath, three friends, out of so many in need. Prayers for all. I would like to see if outlying pharmacies can reach out to these medic tents, clinics to help provide the necessary medications those affected by hurricane Ian require. Thank you.
Lord please help all of those who were in the path of Ian, Amen
You play, you pay. I'm glad no one else got hurt.

Contractor's don't need to seek you out lol, a friend of mine is already booked.
Isn't there an old saying about buying a house near a river
After Ian, the lead story is a stolen Maserati?
yep
Hey Mom and Dad its 11pm do you know where you're Kids are
I wonder how many days warning they had that the hurricane was coming they must need a better weatherman
they did not get much warning
I am sorry but I have to say this, the woman that said she had to wait, really, everyone was told to evacuate. Second, they warned you 911 would not be available. Instead be thankful and gracious to those who helped you. Its all in the attitude.
Red flags ! I love it
Place the blame on the parents.
Stealing car from hurricane coverage?
well people maybe you should think twice ab out living near a river or the coast line
Looks pretty normal and beautiful in Florida. Media over dramatizing a storm.
Media Hype
Your statement is quite disturbing.
