So let’s say I want a turbo from rev sanctuary mechanics, I’ll wait around 30 sec but it won’t spawn, then what I do is just drive 2 blocks away and come back to the same location . (Repeat this until the turbo spawns) Another reason why they might not be spawning is because of exploiters that have auto pickup on, for this I recommend playing in a private server.

Why the concrete bag so common I needed wood planks to get office lvl 16 but i only needed wood planks and i had done everything else but it took me 1 week or something to complete wood planks
