I really enjoy your videos. Can you please show the exercises that are suitable for lumbar anterolisthesis with bulging discs?

You do definitley need to consider the spondy, but you might find this full episode more relevant to your condition: backinshapeprogram.com/2023/02/diagnosed-with-spondylolisthesis-causing-back-pain-or-sciatica/
Yes it is safe is the short answer, we have many members/patients who use it with their spondy. It should be gentle and supporting the natural curve. The tummy placement i assume on your front, is not good as that is forcing flexion - it will feel nice but is not good long term in our opinion.

Great knowledge and information dude! But your constant intensity and rapid-fire talking is a bit anxiety inducing lol

Is it safe to do IDD with grade one Spondy at L5\S1, pars defect at the same level and disc degeneration at L4? I really want to try IDD but cautious because of my Spondy. I’m exercising and walking everyday but really want to get some relief from the sciatica down my left side into my foot

Not in the UK but my discernment is telling me what you say makes sense in things To Do as well and just as important things Not To Do.
We all should have Not To Do lists in many areas of life to stop those negative feedback loops or vicious cycles of doing the same thing hoping for different results.
Oh I've been down that road or more like slow circle where you get nowhere but it's become normalized.
Even some PT practices do this that when I left I immediately got better.
    Tag team PT
    Cookie cutter PT
Treat the chart PT (Thank insurance companies)
    Lol :)
