We wanted to compare the Cornish Cross or American Standard chicken which for us homesteaders is not really a sustainable chicken. We have to buy it and cannot breed it for future chicken production. NO egg production as well. Comparing to the American Bresse, we have found great results, but at a small sized bird. Not by much, but also much more sustainable and economical!! THANKS FOR WATCHING!!
