Hello GH! It’s been a while since I’ve watched you. I’ve gotten busy in life. But I decided to stop by for a bit and check out your channel.
There is a way to put items in your yard! If you're standing in your door way and enter architect mode you're able to place items outside. Then if you go up to them outside and left click to grab (but not store in warehouse) your able to move it around your yard. great video, have fun! :)

Don't forget that you can "reset" a rotated item to it's default - on PC it's right click while you hold it.
I'm pretty early into the game, so I have the tiny blue truck, but ... if you park it so it's side is against an unopened garage you can prop crap up against the wall on the truck and it's stay on when you drive off - the physics in the game are horribly broken, sometimes in our favour. And sometimes not ... :grrr:
I noticed that one of your games is facing backwards. Try rotating the table video game.
just finished with all 3 collectors in my game. was a grind but enjoyed it, just mad no achievments for finishing them. now what to do with the 2 million dollars i have mmm
I wonder is seasonal events will have temporary Collectors. Like for V Day.
