O Death Where is Your Sting? (1 Corinthians

Nobody wants to talk about death. Death still stings. At least that's my experience. When I lost my sister to cancer, I struggled with this scripture. But in my reading of our Redeemer verses (link to Bible reading plan below) this week, I discovered the Old Testament scripture Paul was referring to. It's in the book of Hosea. In this 30 minute teaching (longer than normal so grab a cup of coffee or take me for a walk or listen while you cook supper), I talk about the fact that this life is Act I. Act II hasn't happened yet, so we're living in the middle of the now and the not yet. But the Redeemer has initiated our eternal value and purpose. We've got work to do! There's ((A LOT)) in this teaching. Please share it with anyone you know who is stuck in grief or facing scary diagnosis or anyone who you think would benefit from this hope. Act II is coming! I want you to be ready.
