yo, quick question, i bought pair of babyliss snapfx clippers like a month ago, they work really good but the last 2 cuts i have made they have made almost a rattling sound when they cut through hair, the sound stopped when i moved the lever but came back if it went through hair again after some time, its almost like the hair gets stuck somewhere or something and the clipper gets loud, i contacted babyliss but they didnt know what the problem could be, do you have any idea what could make that rattle noise when a babyliss clipper goes through hair?

I asked for a refund several times and to this day, unfortunately, they never responded to me or gave me back the amount I paid. I really think there is a huge lack of responsibility, professionalism and respect for a professional colleague, perhaps because I work in Europe. I apologize for my outburst, but this is revolting and unfair. Thanks
Thank you for responding, at the time of purchase I ordered the ROLLER TRIO in black, but only after 3 months of ordering they told me that this color was no longer available, so I asked for a refund several times, it's very strange for G AND B PRO to have this type of attitude, I had already placed an order 2 years ago and everything went well, I have sent several messages, emails and the response is nothing. I really had great admiration for G AND B PRO, because they have an excellent product, but I don't know what has changed, the customer service is really BAD, I just ask for a refund, as G AND B PRO says, it's 30 days after placing the order, I have already made 2 return requests and to date I have not received any response, thank you

That same day I once again sent my details to the address that my colleague was kind enough to send me. Until today, unfortunately, nothing has happened, not a word from G AND B PRO, much less the refund of the amount that has already been requested 3 times since the purchase. I apologize for my outburst, but it is very revolting and sad that a company like G AND B PRO has this type of less positive attitude towards its professional colleagues, whether they are from Europe or elsewhere. I have many, many colleagues across Europe and I have made reference to this subject so that they too do not have the same problem as I had, unfortunately it is true. Thanks

Could be the guards. Make sure the blade is adjusted properly. Sometimes a quick reset and cleaning between the blade makes them good as new
