Just had a 145' deep well drilled in upstate NY last week for a total cost of $7,262.00 with the first 80' needing casing . No pump, just the well. I know the feeling you get when waiting to hit water and the relief when they hit it. I don't even want to take a guess at what you paid for that well.
@@scottrakes1622 that is a huge compliment! Thank you! If you like it, would you mind also sharing it with friends? It really helps us make more content like this!
It's not used casing. It's new. Those clips of the casing on the trailer and I'm running viewers through what they are... where you see dirt on them... were shot after the events of the end of Episode 15 where they had to remove it from the hole because of bore collapses. I used those clips out of sequence in the film. They are absolutely 100 % new and unused.
Wow, you didn't determine the presence of water before making capital investments in the property? Oh well... Thats the difference between reality and reality TV.
@@jeffbrooke4892 how does one make a determination of water presence BEFORE buying the property? "Excuse me, I know I know this is your land and I may or may not buy it... But can I bring TONS of heavy equipment and drill a hole to just check and see if there's water down there before I decide?"

@@moonhousemh My bad! The video leads one to presume (my eyes witness one thing). My experience with well drilling $100 and up a foot! Congratulations truly on hitting water! Have you looked into Primary Water Technologies LLC? Managed to find us an amazing source of water! Damn near blew the pipe out when we hit water!
@@moonhousemh it’s worth it to at least get them to survey the land. I imagine your plan for the vineyard and the fact it’s in Fire country it would behoove you to at least know where large quantities of available water you could access if you’re truly going to”Off grid”. Just a suggestion, but again congratulations on getting one step closer to your family’s dream. Mahalo!
Amazing!!! Now I want to see the next part!!!
It's in edit right now! Shouldn't be too long :-) Thank you for watching!!
The Drama and intrigue had me on the edge of my seat
Thank you for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed it 🙂

dam, its good luck to you guys
Yeah, right? But just wait for what's to come! It just gets crazier!!!
Good videos, but they need to be longer. At least a half hour or an hour long .
had to drill through 200' of hill first 😂
Haha yes! Pretty much!
Yeah, I wondered about that while it was all happening!
Really! Drill from a hill top! That is not drama...
@@timkirkpatrick9155 it was scary! A potential HUGE waste of money... Until it isn't 😊
That drilling outfit should be ashamed of themselves for giving you used well casing

I already have a well with water... why would I need them? Do they do other things besides well-drilling?
