I stopped listening but I use the same technique to nod off. I work as an EMS helicopter technician. We have a tone in work that sounds when the aircraft needs to launch. I heard our tone while sleeping. I knew I was sleeping but found myself at work in the office. It was a little disconcerting. I was intrigued over this happening. I figured I would walk outside and explore a few things. My uneasy feeling got the better of me and I snapped myself out of that experience. I went on to read your explanation and how listening can trigger OBE. I had a complete awareness of my surroundings and knew I was sleeping but my mind was someplace else.
I am a radio amateur and listening the transmission smoothly emits the letter T in CW Morse. and the tone, I can see tones of light making this sound, but in dreams. It calms me down and helps me sleep better. Thanks 👍
Want an almost guaranteed lucid dream of whatever your mind decides to create/craft….? I found out that just by adjusting the playback speed to 0.25x and making sure that you’re using a good pair of noise canceling headphones or earbuds; you just need to move the spatialized stereo setting on the iPhone to off and then you are set. Swear that this will work most times you try it!
Delta 1 Hz is hard to feel as it is so low frequency. But I am sure it works. Thanks for your explanation to every title_caption. It is very helfpul to choose. from S.Korea.
No, you have to have both speakers in or you brain won't pick up the difference between the 2 frequencies. Binaural beats must be used with both sides. Pure tones can use only one side.love & light my friend

the tone is not 1hz. 1hz is the difference between the two tones being played in stereo :)
