My Unblock box 10 bought about 2 years ago is suddenly down for 2 days already. Chatted with Unblock company in Hong Kong and their answer is due to maintenance of a large international service provider which caused the breakdown and reiterated service would be normal few hours later! However, I waited for 2 days, still without live TV! I suspect Unblock might be forced to close down for good. Hope this is not the case. Anyone can update and share the information? any chance of restoration ?
PLEASE - get rid of the piano music whenever there is voice instructions on video. The music is unnecessary and makes it hard to listen to directions, instructions or reviews. God, why play piano music ?

@@MrBravoamigo China is on long national holidays, any problem will be very slow to get fix, same goes with other boxes
