100% with you on how thinking affects the brain! That is why I love using my gratitude log in my bullet journal to reflect on the good and not the negative📔📔
Beautiful setup Nadia, I absolutely love the layout of this theme! I understand how the monthly spread could be annoying, but it looks super cute! I also totally relate to the comparison struggles (we all do at some point I imagine). I've found that changing my focus from "looks" (whether it be physical appearance or even how something looks to outsiders-- my job, pay level, car, etc) to health/well-being has been a huge help. Like focusing on how something is going to better my mind/body/lifestyle. I'm glad you're doing this kind of work on your mindset, it's so important. You got this! Much love ♥♥
Awww thank you so much for this Ashley 💕 it's so nice to know that I'm not alone. Focusing on how something can better my health or well being is definitely something I need to focus on. Thanks for the tips and encouragement 🥰 much love to you too 💕💕💕
I really like how you include your missteps in the video as learning experiences. I feel like so many other BuJo vids are perfect - which isn't a slight against anyone at all - it's just refreshing to see someone else that has an 'oops' now and then. It makes things feel more attainable I guess. :) I had wanted to do a coffee theme but then I realized with doing Nanowrimo and having a journal for that too, that wasn't the best idea. So mine is more of an...adding kraft paper look. lol And here in Wisconsin November is...a little fall/a little winter. Finter maybe? Fanter? We lose a lot of our leaves and though we don't always have snow, you generally have to pull out the winter gear due to the temps.
Thank you so much for your amazing comment 😊 I'm so glad you enjoyed seeing the little missteps, my bullet journal is still an experimentation so I hope I can show you that it doesn't always have to be "perfect" 💕 Wow I've never heard of Nanowrimo before but it sounds so interesting! Are you trying to write a novel? "FInter" LOL I LOVE THAT! It's definitely similar here in Canada where we lost most of our leaves and it starts to get super cold. Thanks again for watching and leaving a beautiful comment! have a great day 😊
It took a long time for me to realize that the cozy corner was inside of an open book. 😂😂😂 This is an amazing idea recreation and you executed it very well! Love the content! Peace and many blessings 💜

@@srahsunshine6708 we all start somewhere 😄 can't wait to hear more about your theme in January! What has been your favourite part about bullet journaling so far?
I love the way you draw, design and everything, but I want you to make a simple journal for those who don't have time to draw and color like me please..💜
Thank you so much for this comment 😍 I have some minimalist layouts on my channel but I'll try to make a simple monthly setup as well 🥰 Do you like to use any tools to speed up the journaling process like stickers or washi tapes?
