Great memories came back ! My Dad owned a '72 1100L from '75 - '80 . I loved that car as a kid ! EHU 207K in what Dad called Electric blue (?). Recall that Indigo and Bronze were also popular colours,seen regularly.
Sister had an 1100 in Daytona Yellow 2 door. FPM 63L. Was a good car but yes under powered . Remember the clutch cable breaking and Dad replacing it one Saturday morning. Checking the Gov site I see it became blue later in its life.

We had a new 1100 De Luxe 2 door in ermine white in 1968 - YGF 154G. Black vinyl seats and struggled up hills. We had it up to 1976.

My dad got a brand new one in 1968 he has it 2 weeks and the gear lever came off in his hand while driving 😂
