The mic on the face has the benefit of not holding the mic indeed, but it has other disadvantages. For her performance wouldn't be ideal because with a lip-mic you cannot control the voice range, and with a voice like hers - she is a soprano - she definitely needs to adjust the mic in different positions :)

Otan harazi me troy to marazi
οταν χαραζει με τρωει το μαραζι
It means when it carves me it eats me up.
It is a twist on an old traditional poem where a similar poem goes "when the river carves, it eats up the earth"
So the person Marina is singing about is carving her "marking her" like a river marks the earth.
