I love your necklace 😍. The scent is such a class.
This is beautiful..the longer it sits on the skin. Can't stop smelling myself when I wore this. A sweet jasmine, almost honeysuckle type scent. It lasts all day
Hai Noura, I am one of those 'normal people' when comes to fragrance in terms of price & variations. I haven't pay much attention to it ever, not even in my 20's, and I am in my early 30's right now, only very lately I caught L'OR by chance and I fell head over heels in love with it. The only 2 perfumes that stayed in my core memory since my 20's was J'adore Eau De Perfume & Bleu De Chanel. It was almost 10years ago when I first smelled J'adore EDP, the experience was still very fresh in my memory as if it was just yesterday. I really really really loveddddd the scent, but it was pricy and I feel I was a little too young to be using that scent. Nonetheless it stayed with me even after 10years. Bleu De Chanel was introduced by a male who was using it at that time. As soon as I smelled it, I was so much more interested with what cologne he uses than he himself. I couldn't help but ask him and tried it on myself from the counter. I really love it too, but I think I love it more when the scent is coming from a male. And then years years later now, out of the blue I walk to the fragrance counter and tried on L'OR, which is very unlike me btw. But omg I was in love with myself all day😆. The scent was soooo magnetising and sensual to me, I keep smelling my wrist just to experience the feeling again & again. It was quite similar experience to 10years ago with EDP, but this was much much intense. The price was shocking to me even when I'm not a regular perfume buyer. So I hold myself back to consider & reconsider buying it. I did actually went over to the counter to try it again for the next 2 weeks. It was beautiful. I already made a pre-order for it. I'm so excited to have it, hopefully my love for it doesn't fade and the price can be justified🥹
Hi, how does l’or compare to parfum d’eau (the white bottle) ?

I didn't try it yet, but I didn't realise the pricing... in UK it is £144 for 50ml. This is not designer price range but if people pay it then they will easily raise the price for the next one, we can count on that. I'm glad you got this for a better price. I feel like Dior also relied heavily on this being "Francis Kurkdjian's newest scent" in their marketing, like it was coming from MFK not Dior. I find that also a bit shady, as though the pricing is ok because we're getting his work. Incidentally I paid £160 for my MFK Petit Matin and that is 70mls. Oh Dior... 😐
I wish it was only Dior. They all went out of control in my opinion. One just told me that the new La Vie Est Belle 50 ml has the same price 😳 I think they rely on normal people (I mean not fragheads) not knowing about niche houses 🤷🏻♀️
I didn't know the original J'adore l'or had been discontinued. I've been wearing it since 2017, it was stunning. 😭
I would love to get the new one but I can not justify the cost. Here in Australia it $295 - unbelievable

I totally agree with you it’s too much for 50ml.Here in US 170$. I like perfume very much in my opinion it’s the best of Jadore

I think the price is due to the fact that it is an essence and not an eau de parfum. One spray is all you need. The price is crazy anyway, because it's in line with La Collection Privèe, which is crazy expensive. However, I was expecting not to like this one, since I didn't like the first perfume by Kurkdijan for Dior, Dioriviera, at all. I tried this new one earlier and I really like it, I cannot stop thinking about it. I want to purchase a couple of the Collection Privèe ones before, but this one is making it hard to wait.
Hello Noura🙂, I didn't like the original, but really enjoyed this one on the opening... Sadly on my skin it had an underwhelming evolution, with a bit of a weird jasmin in the mid (like star jasmin that doesn't smell so good when you get close) and unfortunately a very underwhelming drydown. As you said the price is outrageous anyway and I'll save my money for a niche fragrance.

This is a masterpiece.
Unfortunately as all, its cost too much. This was niche prize once, but all new releases I am interested in are above 200 dollars or equivalent currency.
What is happening? Oh yes a big economical crisis.
I will have to save months and months before affording l'or.
Otherwise I will chose between two other option I have in my mind around 100 dollars.
Sad.

I got a sample of this and I didn't got any feelings, no emotions, seems like synthetic, I would never purchase this one, waste of the money
