There are a few really great books... You will see 2 of them in description... The names of 2 of the books are Pain Free by Pete Egoscue, 8 Steps to a Pain Free Back. These 2 books are highly recommended. I also would recommend a quality drum stool like the Roc & Soc. Many drummers claim they can play back pain free with these stools...

I dont know your full situation, but I would say check out Egoscue exercises. I had pain in my knees and that was what helped me the most... Other than that, you may want to try the following... * Get orthotics for your shoes. This can help knee pain. *Massage trigger points in the quadricep/ hamstring muscles. * See a specialist like a chiropractor or a massage therapist.
