Just a small typo at the end: the Dirichlet series of the Lambda(n)'s is -zeta'(s)/zeta(s), so the series of the Lambda(n) log(n)'s is exactly the derivative of zeta'(s)/zeta(s) (with a plus sign!). Then everything checks.
