  • all meals listed down here!!
    breakfast: oatmeal
    - mash 1/2 banana in bowl
    - 1/2 cup quick oats
    - 1/2 cup water
    - cinnamon
    - microwave for 1.5 minutes
    - 1 tbsp peanut butter
    - drizzle agave
    lunch: salad from honeygrow
    - kale and mixed lettuce
    - baked tofu
    - quinoa
    - avocado
    - broccoli
    - mushrooms
    - spiced cashews
    - sriracha tahini dressing
    dinner: tofu, rice, and broccoli
    - cut broccoli into small pieces
    - add a splash of water to the broccoli
    - put in microwave and cover bowl with plate (to steam the broccoli)
    - cook for about 4 minutes
    - cube tofu and cook on medium-high heat, flipping to each side until crispy
    - cook brown rice per instructions
    - plate brown rice, tofu, and broccoli
    - drizzle with sweet chili sauce
