As a skinny and weak person this helps alot knowing people are growing from this. People always say they could easily beat me in a fight which is very true but I know if I had some strength I have all the advantages, phyco, crazy, quick, smart, and hopefully strong soon lmao
@@ManjeetSingh-rx3jm from what i know muscle has some weight, so as you gain muscle you gain weight. It doesnt mean that you become more fat, because the weight doesnt come from fat, it comes from muscle, so if its important for you to be skinny its still fine☺️

This is the best and easiest workout I came across. I gained 2 kgs in a month by almost regularly doing this and also increasing my calorie intake. 100% recommended for beginners

Hi Everybody this is for people who are seeking for any result updates, so here you go - I have started this exercise this year in January and that time I was 41kgs and I have been doing this consistently from one year. And let me tell you guys that within one year I have gained 15kgs I am 55kgs now. You just have to maintain consistency and increase your protein intake. Eat as many as bananas you can eat with milk. I did at home workouts for like 3 -4 month and what I know is that you won't really see changes but you will definitely feel them. You get a lot stronger and the workouts get easier.
I've been working out since a month and I've increased my intakes, and seen damn changes in me. And I'm not just talking about bodily changes but personality changes too. Feeling confident, bold, hot and better than what I was months back. I see myself fighting my problems better than ever I had. Yes! With 10 min excersize, the very thing I took seriously. GUYYYYSSS I did this 2 times in one day my body is soreeee I can’t even walk! But my muscle from my legs is getting harder and not floppy. This helped so much! 100% recommend!
I reccomend you not to do it twice a day beacuse it takes some time to repair the muscles. As long as you're not pushing yourself too hard or getting obsessive about it, working out every day is fine.☺

Started yesterday, will update. I’ve been skinny and wanted to gain some muscle weight so I’m gonna try this out! Day 1: Literally my legs and arms were shaking, it’s been so long since I’ve worked out Day 2: Sore (legs and arms) should’ve probably rest but I did it again. (Did not get easier so rest guys!!) Day 3: Rest day Day 4: it does not feel easier at all yet, shaky arms lol Day 5: squats are getting a lil more easier Day 6: Done Day 7: Squats are so much easier, chest workouts are good. Still struggling on push-ups but I can feel the difference! I’ll be updating once a week now!! Week 2: Gained 1.4kg can see difference in strength Week 3: push-ups have gotten easier and I see slight physical changes

Day 1: I am 46 kg , but my goal is 52 , hoping for the best ,i just completed the exercise, could not do all as its my first day. everyday i will exercise and leave a comment. Day 2: Could not do all the exercise , but took longer rest and tried to complete.

@@fjorid2340 No these are too many repetitions this is more of a toning workout. If you can only do these ~8 times then they are ok. If you want to build muscle then you want to look at a body building routine, note how they break up the body, understand(how they contract and how many directions they pull) each of the muscles they are developing and work on a similar routine using the weight you can lift as mentioned above. You might need to increase protein intake and will definitely need to increase calories(load on carbs) to allow for gaining mass.
I started doing this workout almost a month ago, working out 5 days and taking 2 days of rest. It really made my arms and legs stronger! I recently lost a family member though, and now Ive stopped doing my regular schedule because of how tired, fatigued, and unencouraged I feel. Im hoping to get back to schedule eventually but for now its a bit too stressful💔
It sure is hard, Roblox Mufmue987! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course, don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪

quick update here, want to say that i've been following this workout since September 6th, twice in a row, six days a week! i did take a 3 weeks breaks because i was a bit tired but i managed to do it every other day! i see some changes in my body and i'm going to keep doing it, everytime i do this workout i think of people who didn't believe in me and it motivates me a lot to keep going!

This is wow,me after doing for a week i feel very strong..my muscles are not paining now even if i do any heavy activities or walk long distance..I feel my body is very stretchable and adaptable to any exercise now ...and it gives me confidence and fresh face
I'm 14 and have been doing this for around 20 days, I've definitely felt a change!! It's alot easier to ride my bike, to the point I have to switch my gears, from 3-4 and I can carry alot more heavy things:D I mainly started doing this because I'm a beekeeper and often need help lifting the boxes from the hive, so Ive been doing these so I can lift them by myself 😎💪 I haven't tried it yet, but I'm very confident!! I'm going to see bees tomorrow, I will update!! Update: yeahhhh!! It was less if the hive being less heavy, but feeling more power into lifting the box. Love it!! Come back to edit a few months later, been doing this here and their with an occasional streak, and I looked at myself absent mindedly and was caught by surprise! I lost stomach fat, and I have new muscle in my legs and arms, not alot but deffo noticeable compared to me before doing any excersizes! Changed me for the better. Oh, and also, I can lift my bees hives no problems. I did the excersizes after looking at myself and realized I've reached my max with these ones, I find myself getting ahead or going to quickly, and I barely break any sweat. I think this is a sign to move up a level, I definitely recommend this!!

I started today and my weight now is 39 kg. I didn't feel much pain on my joints so I kindda feel like I didn't do it properly, but will follow the same workout for a month and update my progress ;)
(tw ed) im a therian who has asthma, ive always been self aware and hyper critical of my body and would go days without eating and wishing i could do things at the same time. my ED has always held me back. one day i wanted to try this while home alone. ive been practicing quads and doing this exercise once a day. very helpful, very simple. i cant do more than 15 of some of these but i still feel the work im putting in. thank you! 10/10 great

I’m built very slim with little muscle mass. Today was my first day trying this workout. Wasn’t too intense. I’m able to do everything but I will say my legs need it. Gonna try this every day and add weights as it gets easier. I’m very self conscious when it comes to going to the gym. I’m hoping this will bring me more confidence and maybe some toned muscles as well

I have been doing this workout for over 5 months and God has it been helpful! I have been pointed out to been called a thin girl all my life because of my fast metabolism but I couldn't really fight back because deep inside I knew I was weak but after this 5 months..I can literally feel the change! I am still thin from waist but have gain a considerable amount of good weight at the areas required. Now even when a person calls me thin I feel absolutely nothing as deep inside I know how strong I am becoming 💓💓
@@neelakshisoni1944for gaining healthy weight, alongside a suitable workout routine you should also take nutrient rich foods which can provide calories, vitamins and minerals without the excessive of unhealthy fats and sugars here are some of my favourites: 1: lean proteins like chicken, fish, eggs and different lentils 2:some healthy fats like nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia seeds), avocados, food made with olive oil or coconut oil 3: tasty smoothies! (with fruits, vegetables, yogurt and seeds) 4: whole grains 5: dairy products (if you are lactose tolerant) 6: fruits and veggies

So out of the blue I thought "Yk what, I'm kinda chubby and lazy, time to find a RUclips exercise and lose weight and gain some muscles." Definitely gonna be hard the first few times, but I did just complete the full video. Edit: Honestly, I'm still lazy, I did lose weight but not because of this video. I had to do a lot more than just this workout. I did some running, and started dancing as a new hobby after about 3 months I went from 59.7 kg to 55.0 kg. Honestly might not sound like much. But then again my stomach is flat now, which is all I wanted.
My weight is around 40kgs ,i have been doing this exercise since two weeks with rest days in between (rest is as imp as exercise), at first the exercises were difficult to do and i feel sore but now it is easy to do these exercises,i do this in the morning right after i wake up and also i started eating bread,pb, dryfruits,oats and banana,since i stay in hostel i eat three meals without skipping and drinking more water.. I will update later..
I've been doing these for a few days and at the start i had to take breaks in between every like 5 knee pushups now i did all 20 with difficulty this is the happiest I've felt in a while 😃

@@anziyats2434 i started with proper 3 times meals and a mass gainer smoothie. Also add proteins like milk,eggs,peanutbutter,bananas,nuts,oat meals. also im a south indian so curd rice is well known for weight gain you can try that out. I'l tell you my smoothie recipe too. Just blend frozen bananas, some milk peanutbutter, cup of oats few ice cubes and you are good to goo. This will really help you with alternative workout days. Just be consistent with the video and the whole process. Wish u luck.

I reccomend you not to do it twice a day beacuse it takes some time to repair the muscles. As long as you're not pushing yourself too hard or getting obsessive about it, working out every day is fine.☺

Started yesterday, will update. I’ve been skinny and wanted to gain some muscle weight so I’m gonna try this out!
Day 1: Literally my legs and arms were shaking, it’s been so long since I’ve worked out
Day 2: Sore (legs and arms) should’ve probably rest but I did it again. (Did not get easier so rest guys!!)
Day 3: Rest day
Day 4: it does not feel easier at all yet, shaky arms lol
Day 5: squats are getting a lil more easier
Day 6: Done
Day 7: Squats are so much easier, chest workouts are good. Still struggling on push-ups but I can feel the difference! I’ll be updating once a week now!!
Week 2: Gained 1.4kg can see difference in strength
Week 3: push-ups have gotten easier and I see slight physical changes

Day 1: I am 46 kg , but my goal is 52 , hoping for the best ,i just completed the exercise, could not do all as its my first day. everyday i will exercise and leave a comment.
Day 2: Could not do all the exercise , but took longer rest and tried to complete.

Actually after workout I drink bannana shake with peanut butter and I had combined this exercise with eating other foods which contains lot of calories like - nuts, dark chocolate, ghee, milk , brown bread, rice etc....

@@fjorid2340 here are some tips eat meat unless you dont eat meat and if you dont eat meat eat stuff that are high as fuck in protein
@@fjorid2340 No these are too many repetitions this is more of a toning workout. If you can only do these ~8 times then they are ok. If you want to build muscle then you want to look at a body building routine, note how they break up the body, understand(how they contract and how many directions they pull) each of the muscles they are developing and work on a similar routine using the weight you can lift as mentioned above.
You might need to increase protein intake and will definitely need to increase calories(load on carbs) to allow for gaining mass.

I started doing this workout almost a month ago, working out 5 days and taking 2 days of rest. It really made my arms and legs stronger! I recently lost a family member though, and now Ive stopped doing my regular schedule because of how tired, fatigued, and unencouraged I feel. Im hoping to get back to schedule eventually but for now its a bit too stressful💔

It sure is hard, Roblox Mufmue987! If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course, don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪

This is amazing video I'm doing this for 1 week continuously along with proper diet took more proteins and added more calories to my food I gained 1 kg now🎉🎉 I'm super happy
quick update here, want to say that i've been following this workout since September 6th, twice in a row, six days a week! i did take a 3 weeks breaks because i was a bit tired but i managed to do it every other day! i see some changes in my body and i'm going to keep doing it, everytime i do this workout i think of people who didn't believe in me and it motivates me a lot to keep going!

This works. Just Start. I was skinny fat with no muscle. Once a day in the morning for 1 month and l was much stronger and toned. Added some weights and transformed my body. 64 years old and look 20 years younger ❤

I'm 14 and have been doing this for around 20 days, I've definitely felt a change!! It's alot easier to ride my bike, to the point I have to switch my gears, from 3-4 and I can carry alot more heavy things:D
I mainly started doing this because I'm a beekeeper and often need help lifting the boxes from the hive, so Ive been doing these so I can lift them by myself 😎💪 I haven't tried it yet, but I'm very confident!! I'm going to see bees tomorrow, I will update!!
Update: yeahhhh!! It was less if the hive being less heavy, but feeling more power into lifting the box. Love it!!
Come back to edit a few months later, been doing this here and their with an occasional streak, and I looked at myself absent mindedly and was caught by surprise! I lost stomach fat, and I have new muscle in my legs and arms, not alot but deffo noticeable compared to me before doing any excersizes! Changed me for the better. Oh, and also, I can lift my bees hives no problems.
I did the excersizes after looking at myself and realized I've reached my max with these ones, I find myself getting ahead or going to quickly, and I barely break any sweat. I think this is a sign to move up a level, I definitely recommend this!!

(tw ed) im a therian who has asthma, ive always been self aware and hyper critical of my body and would go days without eating and wishing i could do things at the same time. my ED has always held me back. one day i wanted to try this while home alone. ive been practicing quads and doing this exercise once a day. very helpful, very simple. i cant do more than 15 of some of these but i still feel the work im putting in. thank you! 10/10 great

I’m built very slim with little muscle mass. Today was my first day trying this workout. Wasn’t too intense. I’m able to do everything but I will say my legs need it. Gonna try this every day and add weights as it gets easier. I’m very self conscious when it comes to going to the gym. I’m hoping this will bring me more confidence and maybe some toned muscles as well

I have been doing this workout for over 5 months and God has it been helpful! I have been pointed out to been called a thin girl all my life because of my fast metabolism but I couldn't really fight back because deep inside I knew I was weak but after this 5 months..I can literally feel the change! I am still thin from waist but have gain a considerable amount of good weight at the areas required. Now even when a person calls me thin I feel absolutely nothing as deep inside I know how strong I am becoming 💓💓

@@neelakshisoni1944for gaining healthy weight, alongside a suitable workout routine you should also take nutrient rich foods which can provide calories, vitamins and minerals without the excessive of unhealthy fats and sugars
here are some of my favourites:
1: lean proteins like chicken, fish, eggs and different lentils
2:some healthy fats like nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia seeds), avocados, food made with olive oil or coconut oil
3: tasty smoothies! (with fruits, vegetables, yogurt and seeds)
4: whole grains
5: dairy products (if you are lactose tolerant)
6: fruits and veggies
Day 2 of doing this and my goal is to gain muscle weight 💪 I’m tried of being week and a stick, these workouts are challenging for me but I push myself through them and I feel a change afterwards, so I will be combining this with more eating but healthy, I’m really just trying to make my body healthy, make a change for my self yk? So out of the blue I thought "Yk what, I'm kinda chubby and lazy, time to find a RUclips exercise and lose weight and gain some muscles." Definitely gonna be hard the first few times, but I did just complete the full video.
Edit: Honestly, I'm still lazy, I did lose weight but not because of this video. I had to do a lot more than just this workout. I did some running, and started dancing as a new hobby after about 3 months I went from 59.7 kg to 55.0 kg. Honestly might not sound like much. But then again my stomach is flat now, which is all I wanted.

I love this workout. I hate peppy workout instructors so his voice works so well for me.
My weight is around 40kgs ,i have been doing this exercise since two weeks with rest days in between (rest is as imp as exercise), at first the exercises were difficult to do and i feel sore but now it is easy to do these exercises,i do this in the morning right after i wake up and also i started eating bread,pb, dryfruits,oats and banana,since i stay in hostel i eat three meals without skipping and drinking more water..

@@anziyats2434 i started with proper 3 times meals and a mass gainer smoothie. Also add proteins like milk,eggs,peanutbutter,bananas,nuts,oat meals. also im a south indian so curd rice is well known for weight gain you can try that out.
I'l tell you my smoothie recipe too.
Just blend frozen bananas, some milk peanutbutter, cup of oats few ice cubes and you are good to goo. This will really help you with alternative workout days. Just be consistent with the video and the whole process. Wish u luck.

Guys I've been doing these exercises from last 3 days and I can definitely see a change in my weight 💪 when I started I was 34.4kg and today my weight is 35.4...will continue doing this and update you all 😊

@@aruchamy313 I did this at 12 noon everyday and ate daliya as pre meal and after workout I drank shake with milk , 1 and 1/2 banana and peanut butter after that normal roti Sabzi and in dinner dal chawal
