This is a tragic reminder of how systemic failures can leave victims helpless. I hope this case shines a light on the need for greater protection and support for women.
This is an incredibly tragic and complex case that highlights the devastating consequences of unchecked power and systemic failure. Anjali's pain, both physical and emotional, is unimaginable, and it's heartbreaking to think that she had to resort to such extreme measures after being failed by the very system meant to protect her. While her actions were undeniably brutal, it's hard to ignore the deep trauma she endured and the sense of helplessness that led to her seeking justice on her own terms. This case raises important questions about the treatment of victims, especially women, and the dire need for a justice system that doesn't let offenders walk free simply because of a lack of evidence or societal indifference. The story of Anjali is a painful reminder of how injustice can twist a person's life in unimaginable ways.
Listening to this story is extremely infuriating! A woman was forced to the end because justice was not served. If the system had done its job properly, this tragedy would probably not have happened.
The injustice she faced is unbearable to think about. It’s hard to blame someone when they’re so completely let down by the people who were supposed to help.
This story is a stark warning that if justice is not served, victims like Anjali will be pushed into a corner and forced to do the unthinkable themselves.
It is outrageous to see Anjali suffer such pain and injustice and no one comes forward to help. Where is the justice when criminals are acquitted like this?
It is heartbreaking that a hard-working, kind-hearted woman like Anjali has been hurt so badly! Justice was not on her side when she needed it most, and sadly, she paid a heavy price for her actions to seek justice for herself.
What happens if this was the judges daughter. Would the judgement been different. Anjali should be acquited. For no fault of hers she has been prisoned.
Law is not only blind..dumb and criminal too..hardly come forward with sense of responsibility ..why at the first place they didnt believe the poor girl..three criminlas destroyed her present and the authorities damaged her future..they should be punished along with the two criminals..
It’s soooo disgusting that women have to go through this there should better rules for these types of MEN!!! The law needs to change & to protect WOMEN
28 years in prison is too harsh a price to pay for a victim who has been abandoned by the legal system. If justice had been served properly, Anjali would not have had to do this herself!
Anjali’s story is disturbing but also demonstrates the dangers of unresolved trauma. While I do not condone her actions, I understand why she felt so abandoned. Society needs to support and believe victims so they do not feel they have to take justice into their own hands
I applaud all victims, who are not only victimized by the predators but continually are victimized in the court system over and over. Any victims that I have personally come across in my life time, I tell them do not make a report. That way, they're only victimized once. My final statement " you did the right thing" and real justice was served.
D.n.a and other forensic evidence could have proven this case beyond a reasonable doubt but if the police aren't equipped with the relevant devices, samples could have been sent overseas for testing. However, it's evident that the police didn't take this rape report seriously in the beginning, if they had , the correct action could have been taken.
Lesson to learn from this is that Rakesh committed bad karma, and treated a beautiful lady very badly, and in the end, Rajesh's bad karma returned back to him and led to his demise. Anjali did not have to go this far, she could have battered him (very) badly and let him do time in jail. I hope and pray that no lady suffers like this 🙏
What’s the point? It is still happening and the same scenario happened again in 2024 in a hospital as well. This time the victim was raped and killed. So until there is death sentence for rape, it will not end
This story reads like a horror movie, but it is true. Anjali’s life was turned upside down, and while her actions were wrong, it is important to recognize the extent of her suffering.
The law sucks when those three pieces of sh*t went free after raping an innocent young girl . she was a brave young girl . The law must have let her go free . they ruined her life completely .
No, the system of jurisprudence failed to serve citizen Anjali. 'Not enough evidence' is a lame excuse to put the case to a 'unsolved' category! It should have been handed over to Crime Branch, CBI or any other higher authority. That's how 'Fulon Devis' are created. She neither asked to be a victim nor intend to take matter on her own hand. She was compelled to do the latter. Even though I don't support vigilantism, she deserves not more than couple of years in jail. It's not for the murder, just to disobey the law. Period!
Yes but she is not supposed to deserve in the jail time Because she is and innocent woman she doesn’t deserve at all to be in jail and she doesn’t cause. all this problems from the beginning at all
India has 25,000 Rape Cases per years and this rate is rising. The policing unit is hopeless in prosecuting the criminals. Women are not well protected on these issues.
What goes around comes around poor nurse such a good character gone from good to bad within seconds this is why Lord Buddha said samsara is suffering .
The good thing about india's laws is,if there's sufficient evidence, they won't spare you.even if you are ill treated by your inlaws or your husband, they can be reported and and arrested.indian women have a very strong voice in india.women around the world suffer this injustice, many times over, that is why sometimes people take the law into their own hands because only they know what they have endured.many times in our countries, these rapists walk free,it's either lack of evidence or they have an alibi.the judicial system always fails our women.
If the lazy corrupt police had done their job properly in the first place none of the actions after the SA would have happened. Women have little value in India but they pulled out all the stops when it came to a male victim and got him "justice". The woman only got justice after there was a public outcry.
This is a tragic reminder of how systemic failures can leave victims helpless. I hope this case shines a light on the need for greater protection and support for women.

Before India, think you better worry about the U.S., not India
Victims deserve support, not silence or neglect.
Victim Support- Sean O'Dwyer.- number 136- 140 Hobson Street.- Auckland 1010.- new zealand.- South Pacific.''
This story evokes so many emotions; I cannot imagine the trauma and despair she must have endured.
Listening to this story is extremely infuriating! A woman was forced to the end because justice was not served. If the system had done its job properly, this tragedy would probably not have happened.
Police officer who denied Anjali FIR should be brought to justice
This case is a clear demonstration of the injustice and the lingering pain of women in society!
The injustice she faced is unbearable to think about. It’s hard to blame someone when they’re so completely let down by the people who were supposed to help.
It is terrible that a woman is ruined and has to seek justice on her own.
This story is a stark warning that if justice is not served, victims like Anjali will be pushed into a corner and forced to do the unthinkable themselves.
How can a woman who has been brutally attacked be left alone by the justice system? Anjali does not deserve this suffering.
Anjali’s pain and strength are evident in this story. It’s sad that she was failed at every turn, leaving her with no way out.
It was heartbreaking to hear what Anjali went through. Justice was supposed to protect her, but it failed miserably.
Yes she should be set free i cant imagine the nightmares she has endured
It is heartbreaking and outrageous to know that Anjali has not only been attacked but also faced silence and indifference from society.
I feel so much for Anjali-she deserved protection and justice from the start. This is an unimaginable story of pain and betrayal.
Anjali’s story is a heartbreaking example of what happens when justice fails to reach the vulnerable.
It is outrageous to see Anjali suffer such pain and injustice and no one comes forward to help. Where is the justice when criminals are acquitted like this?
Good she took law into her hands
It is heartbreaking that a hard-working, kind-hearted woman like Anjali has been hurt so badly! Justice was not on her side when she needed it most, and sadly, she paid a heavy price for her actions to seek justice for herself.

No one should be forced to take such drastic actions to be heard or protected. Her pain is a cry for reform.
Being the victim, she ended up in prison, while the perpetrators lived freely.
This is a testament to the terrible indifference of society. Anjali should not have to seek justice in this way.
Her tragic story shows that justice must be timely and humane to prevent further tragedy
Her pain is deeply felt, and it is tragic that it has come to this.
Why is she arrested???? She bought justice you can't bring and u arrested her shameee
Anjali had no choice but to seek justice on her own.
Anjali’s revenge is haunting, but her desperation and helplessness make it understandable. It is tragic when people feel they have no other choice.
Sometimes, systemic failures drive people to unthinkable acts. Anjali’s pain and despair show how much change is needed in society.
I feel so much for Anjali.
Anjali has suffered unimaginable humiliation and pain, and all she has received is neglect from society and the legal system.
It’s soooo disgusting that women have to go through this there should better rules for these types of MEN!!! The law needs to change & to protect WOMEN
She was a victim from the start and ignored by society. She should have received protection, not such a long prison sentence!
Her journey is a tragic reminder of how far we still have to go to protect women. I can only hope that her story brings awareness and change.
It is heartbreaking that Anjali has been pushed to such a dead end.
The girl should be absolved if all crimes and set free. She was the victim!!!
What happened to Anjali reflects a wider problem. When victims are doubted and dismissed, they feel hopeless.
Society ignored her pain and left her so desperate that she sought justice on her own.
I hope people see the need to change the way society handles assaults.
28 years in prison is too harsh a price to pay for a victim who has been abandoned by the legal system. If justice had been served properly, Anjali would not have had to do this herself!
Outrages she was the victim she was abandoned by the police three men were guilty and lived freely while she suffered. Free her
It is unimaginable the strength Anjali had to continue after such a betrayal by society and the system. No one should have to seek justice alone.
Anjali’s story is disturbing but also demonstrates the dangers of unresolved trauma. While I do not condone her actions, I understand why she felt so abandoned. Society needs to support and believe victims so they do not feel they have to take justice into their own hands
She should have been protected, but instead, she has to seek justice on her own.
Is this justice?

I just hope the remaining men face justice and that she finds peace one day.
How can nobody see this in the hospital it's like nobody was around when this happened I don't understand this
ask you please link the case in which you got this story. Can't find it any where?????
What about DNA..not done with such contact and seimen

Anjali has taken justice into her own hands when the law denies her, and in my view, it is very commendable.
Anjali would not have had to act alone if the legal system had been working properly!
What’s the point?
It is still happening and the same scenario happened again in 2024 in a hospital as well.
This time the victim was raped and killed.
So until there is death sentence for rape, it will not end
If the investigation team had found the evidence of the crime in the first place , the victim, Anjali, wouldn't have ended up in jail.
This story reads like a horror movie, but it is true. Anjali’s life was turned upside down, and while her actions were wrong, it is important to recognize the extent of her suffering.
Is she out from the jail and didn’t serve her 28 yrs imprisonment? Nothing mentioned.
The failure of the legal system in Anjali’s case is appalling. It is tragic that justice was not served until it was too late.
Well done, Enjelyn if I were are justice I would free you out because you knew them and called by names
The norms of Society in India has ruined her life
The law sucks when those three pieces of sh*t went free after raping an innocent young girl . she was a brave young girl . The law must have let her go
free . they ruined her life completely .
She was intelligent to do sawbs as evidence but do feel sad by all she has duffered.. may she serve less time in jail
Its like murphys law

Angali got justice atlast all because of her diary.
What goes around comes around poor nurse such a good character gone from good to bad within seconds this is why Lord Buddha said samsara is suffering .
And why do you call this revenge ?
Only in India
We keep hearing about these cases but there’s never DNA evidence is there, it’s just some random guys all the time lol, can’t you do better than that
Willekeurige idioten die denken het RECHT TEHEBBEN IEMANDS LEVEN TE ONTNEMEN.

A real heroine. A brave girl, a bold woman.
Hats off ladies and gentlemen !!!!!.
