Hypercharged Janet allows her to:
1. Super have Wayyyy more damage
2. Can stop moving during super, with an increased movement speed.
I would rate the hypercharge "Terrifying". I suggest utilising it during showdown endgames

Tip: start you hypercharged super at end of duration of hyper. In this way you'll charge some of hyper from your super :)
