Thanks SO much! I just bought a 2017 F 87 M2 and learning about the maintenance needed. Where did you get the aftermarket oil for housing and thermostat housing?
Great video as always my brotha. Better hold on to that car for life. Only car id sell mine for is a 2002-2005 nsx 6spd. Love these pure driving machines.
I purchased my first BMW and my first M2 after being motivated by watching your build. I have even purchased a few items from your website! I am recreating a sister build over in Australia in Mineral Grey, so far I have had the charge pipe fail as stock engine. Other than that, it has been a fantastic and exciting car to own, with lots of practicality! I would really appreciate it if you're able to share what the tape on the rear diffuser is!? And where to purchase it? I am going to run with the same design/ different colour. Thanks, mate! Great video and informative!
Appreciate the support and glad we could help inspire your build! I’ll update the link for tape in the description if it’s not already there, let us know if you need anything else in the future 👍🏾
Great music and cinematics again Kirk, well done
Appreciate it bro✊🏾✊🏾

Great video Kirk. Glad to see the M2 where it is. Beautiful car! I'm still holding on to my e90 335i N55.
Much appreciated and glad you like it! Hope the E90 is still going strong 💪🏾
You sound like a mechanical engineer. I’m not ready for BMW yet great video.
Nope just a regular car guy, BMWs are easy to understand once you read up on them, glad you enjoyed the video

Under $1k in maintenance in 3yrs? You must do everything yourself.
Pretty much 😅
If you had to do it all over again knowing what you know now, would you go OG M2 or get the f87 M2C? That’s what I’m trying to decide now.
We need a pov driving video of this car asap.
Good suggestion, we’ll make it happen!
@@MotoGearTV hell yeah. I’ll be waiting for it 🤞🏽
Hello, what’s the brand of the carbon engine cover? I couldn’t find it in your discription or website. Thanks
Sorry it’s a carbon cover from Turner Motorsport you should be able to find it on their site
Very informative video! I’m keeping my eyes out on F87’s 👀
Definitely consider it bro, it’s a great platform 👍🏾
this was exactly what i was looking for! Great video! I am considering an m2 and not entirely sure yet if i go pre or post LCI...
If you can find an LCI at a good price go for it, the light updates are worth it
@@MotoGearTVit’s worth it, but I’d say only worth it by about 3k or so. Coming from an LCI owner
…you update the wheels to BBS from Vossen?
Yupp couple months ago
I need softer suspension on my m2, any recomend guys?
Any quality coilover with adjustable dampening should help, KW and Ohlins would be my top choices
I’ve got an OG too with the MPE. Is there a way to know if I’ve got V1 or V2?
Yes with the serial number. You Can find it on the right of your exhaust
amazing quality content! thank you!
Much appreciated 🙏🏾Glad you enjoyed it
Exhaust? Didn’t expect that
Yupp it’s a common issue even on the f80/f82 exhausts
Your M2 is so perfect 👌
Respect ✊🏾 best decision ever
nice One
