You don't know what you are talking about. DRC has 450 tribes, can you tell me which tribe dominate over the others like in Rwanda it's obvious that Tutsis are leading the country. In DRC to form a government we must make sure about representation of every linguistic groups, the process takes long but we ensure that every one is represented. The parliament in DRC is a mosaic with minitious representation of every single Territories. Don't talk what you don't know or understand. Kagame can't give lessons to no leader in the world, he is the one who unashamedly gets paid to receive unwanted migrants from UK and rejects his own countrymen that he calls names and kills through secret services. Paul Kagame is the first trubalist president that Africa has ever known. He just makes himself a great man only in speeches.
But first thing first, Kagame was in Uganda as a refugee. Instead of asking the government of the day to help them with military assistance. Him and his brothers who benefitted from the generosity of Ugandans, took up arms and kill them for 5 years untill they instal their brother Museveni to power in 1986.
He fought against the Hutu government and up to today, Kagame have refused to leave power. If he is a patriots, let him start with his country. To show that he care, let him leave power to the people of Rwanda. Let Rwandese vote the party and president they want. But if him and his brother Museveni continue to cling onto power and keep on criticising other leaders, it is foolhardy talks.
When you love your country and the people in it without any fear or favor, you hend over power the one voted by the people. The army should be out of politics that is the sickness of some African countries.
