After Mario shot Waluigi to the window in the episode, Wario revive him to take they're revenge, 6 years later they kill Peach's giant boyfriend without her noticing, Wario and Waluigi became the new defenders of the mushroom just for pick Peach's attention, but Peach falls in love with Wario, after all Mario and Luigi discover that Wario's master plan is about marry with Peach to became the king and queen of the mushroom kingdom, but Wario will kill Peach after the wedding, could Mario and Luigi stop Wario and Waluigi before the Royal Wedding starts.
