- On May 21st 1992, a railway perseveration society was formed known as the Kingdom of Fife Railway Perseveration Society to take over the stock on the Lochty Private Railway that was to close by the end of the year.
30 years on from a troubled start, this is the incredible story of how a small group of volunteers would rescue heritage stock, but also find a new home in Fife. Witness rare or never before seen footage and images of a dramatic transformation of a large section of land once known as Kirkland Yard that was previously barren and which over two decades would be transformed into a a major attraction for Levenmouth.
This isn't just a documentary just to talk about the history but rather the future and to see where that will take the Fife Heritage Railway going forward...
