Wasn't boring at all!! I love the casual vlogs ❤ Please don't pressure yourself into being productive 24/7. If you're feeling ill or a bit emotionally fragile, it's soo much better to take it slow and focus on yourself. Just do a little bit of work at a time to stop it from building up and make sure you're looking after yourself! xx
Hi Eve, loved the vlog! Just a comment to say that lateral flow tests shouldn’t be used when you’re symptomatic and PCR tests should be used then. It makes people complacent and when a few people in the office did have covid they never tested positive on lateral flows, only PCRs! The news hasn’t made it clear but the NHS website does xx

It sounds like your immune system was probably just a bit weakened after Freshman “flu” germs and train germs were competing for its response. So glad you became better as the week progressed and incredibly proud of your choices to put your health and wellness needs first before anything else, even though it did create stresses with work compiling. At the end of the day, by prioritising you, you were able to give your best later and you were able to be there for your friends as well. Great choice!!!
Have already asked how you’ve been this week and am happy to hear you’re ok even if incredibly busy. Keep enjoying the days down and away and the busy academic days won’t become too overwhelming.

It could be a food intolerance - I know lactose can cause nausea and create extra mucous and phlegm (runny or stuffed nose and sinus cavities) as well as upsetting the stomach and the general wellbeing (I've had it since childhood)
