Good stuff man, Geary is definitely one of my favorite clients from a simplicity standpoint.
Very polished and has been really stable for me.

    'Mailspring' is really nice.

It has privacy concerns, because you have to register with them. (You need a Mailspring ID to be able to use it).

is it possible to minimize those 2 email apps to the tray? like i have to install birdtray in order to do that with thunderbird.

Geary doesn't have a tray icon. However, you can set Geary to watch for emails even when closed (its in the preferences section). You'll get a popup notification every time Geary receives an email; on the Gnome desktop you can click on the notification to open geary. Here is a link to more info about tray icons: gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/geary/issues/28
