I waited years for David to record "We Shall Behold Him", sitting in his Barn hearing it live was beyond incredible. "Just As I Am" is an outer body experience to hear live, his run up and then sustain, WOW!
He's an amazing songwriter and visionary. He designs the stages in his barn and puts all the touches in. He has facilitated his children's talents to perfection. He's got a great sense of humor too. Very funny. His ministry is a shining light unto God.

I love David's voice and the songs he sings, whether in the higher or lower registers. My grandpa was a minister so I grew up listening to and singing gospel songs, and David's "music ministry" reaches deep into my soul. My grandpa passed away 51 years ago, but I know he's listening to and enjoying David Phelps. David's voice is truly a gift from God.
