You are SO RIGHT! Few months from divorce, no money at all... I took it as the best oportunity it could happen to me - few months later I am jacked and in best shape of my life, putting time and effort to my business, game :)), and I feel the momentum is getting so strong with everything... Crazy hard times are the ones in which you have nothing to lose and you can fly if you want to. Dance in the rain, it's so fckng fulfilling.

This video really came out right when I needed it. I have been really struggling through hard times this week. I got in a really bad car crash and my and the other car is totaled. I now have lots of financial burden and may get my license suspended. But I really needed this message and have hope now that I will overcome this. Thanks Jack.

Glad your back g, My TikTok got taken down (attacked) last month. And you're right, this industry is plagued with people terrified of healthy competition. And instead, pay to get accounts taken down.
To my knowledge the same cant happen on youtube, they are secure.

I also love is message about it being overcoming challenges that is key to success. Progressive Overload in building muscle is based on that principle. After I got beat up and my abdominals were targeted I took the challenge to increase my capacity to take hard punches. But I really didn't have an idea of what success in taking punches meant. I just wanted to be better and better. I think success maybe was having a very high level of confidence and putting my body at risk. Gymnastics also did that form. Great thoughts.

As I am shifting to the identity of the fulfilled man, I relate more and more to Jack.
The pieces slowly fall in place.
Also thanks Jack that you mentioned that certain hard times are the catalyst for an awesome life. There are occasional days where I catch myself, temporarily, falling into the thinking pattern of “does any of this even work” because I get caught up.
However because I practice meditation and full awareness I can step out of negative thinking patterns and reimagine.
I reimagine that I know what I am doing, I am headed the right way and I respect myself enough to take the actions.

I love this video. The part about nothing that is negative that comes into my life is actually a negative. That is what I learned the night I got beat up at age 16. I did gymnastics for 14 years and it's not a school sport. By age 16 I was extremely muscular and did best in school fitness challenges of pull up and sit ups. I had very muscular abs and I knew guys were jealous. But then one summer night I was alone behind our school doing a bar workout. Some older athletes came to watch me then said it was time to take their punches. I was held in a full nelson shirtless and they wore no gloves. I have no body fat so no padding. I was scared shitless held in full nelson with torso wide open to take fists. After 2 guys had thrown punches the Fear in me turned first into curiosity--how can I take their punches so well?--and then I was filled with confidence. I was very badly beat up. But even that night I started to think I was glad it happened. I later learned some reasons why the beat me up and targeted my abs. And in just a few months lifting weights at school with some athletes I became looked up to in big part because I could take punches. I've never lacked from confidence since learning I can take hard punches. I actively trained to take hard punches and other muscular athletes stepped into trying but crumbled at less than 10 hard punches. I've not looked back on the night as a negative but a positive.
