- Actress and filmmaker, Odeya Rush, shares that she was a stressed-out kid, but learning meditation and stopping anxiety spirals before they start have helped her through. She also reveals that immigrating to the U.S. as a kid was a challenging experience, and like so many people, she just wanted to fit in. Odeya reminds us that we’re not alone if we feel anxious, especially during the pandemic, and learning to accept uncertainty and practicing positive affirmations are really helpful tools.

I have very similar experience with her like moving to another country where u need to learn different culture and lauguage... wow I feel closer to her now:) and the way she think is much more mature than her age I was surprised and fell in love with her❤
Don't worry, i am from the Caribbean and I came to NYC and it was a shock to see sooooo much buildings. I am country and I realized that with time you learn a different way of life as time goes along and a strong family to help. I can relate to your story. Now I love NYC.
