Today in this video I will talk about Vastu tips for career, for the professional people. For those who are job seekers, or those people who are already working and are looking for growth & stability.
Let's first talk about those who have lost their jobs or those who are fresh job seekers, who are search for new opportunities and are unsuccessful in finding the same. Please check the North of your house, it gives us opportunities. If there is any kind of toilet, kitchen, septic tank, staircase, storage, or any kind of filth in the North direction, then ensure to fix it.
1:09 Opportunities are also related with the West direction. In Vastu Shastra, the West direction is also considered as the direction of opportunities. So, ensure there isn't any kind of filth, borewell, cut, or extension in this direction.
1:30 Now I will talk about the working class, those who are already in a job, those search for growth, in-terms of position in the company, recognition, salary. People unable to manage their team, causing delays in project delivery time, resulting into their growth-related issues.
When talking about workstations the main problem is that there are no options. As an employee if one is instructed to sit on a seat, regardless of the facing he/she has to. First & foremost, ensure there is no clutter on the table. Make sure there is no non-working pens or broken pencils on the table.
3:42 No matter in which level you are employed in the organization, Vastu of the home is equally important. If the facing or Vastu of your workstation or cabin is wrong, and Vastu of your house is also incorrect, then the ill effect of the Vastu dosh is multiplied.
If you are the breadwinner of the family then make sure you sleep in the South-Western room of the house. By not sleeping in the South-Western room can result into poor management of the team in office. Will unable to take better & strong decisions.
4:53 Now talking about the middle management who has a cabin, they have slightly more options. Even if one does not have a choice of taking the cabin in the North-East, South-West or any particular direction, but one has options for improving the energies of their personal cabins. At times one gets a "L" shaped table.
Secondly, Vastu always recommends that there should be a solid wall or structure behind the back. If there is no solid wall behind the back, and there is a glass or a window, then not to worry, keep a high-back solid chair.
In organization there is presence of office politics. If you feel you are being a part of such politics, and it is having a negative impact on your career, then in your personal cabin the North-West of your cabin as well as your house plays a role and needs to energise.
Many-a-time it happens that the entire team is sitting in the South-West direction and leader in the wrong direction as a result the leader will not have a good control over his/her team, resulting into delays, incomplete work, quality of work. The solution would be that the manager spends more time with his/her team, sit next to them in the SW direction.
7:54 With top-management we are referring to CEO, MD, COO. As the top-management they should be aware that they need to occupy the South-Western part of the office. Secondly, as CEOs or owners of the company, check the North, North-East or East of the entire office, and ensure there is no Toilet, Kitchen/Pantry, septic tank, or staircase coming in these directions.
9:42 At the end I would like to provide you some basic Vastu tips applicable to every professional. First, I have talked about decluttering.
Vastu Tip 2 - always use a high back chair.
Vastu Tip 3 - avoid a glass top on your table. There shouldn't be any reflection.
Vastu Tip 4 - Avoid sitting under any beam. Change you position if required.
Vastu Tip 5 - If any corner of the wall points towards your back, those should be avoided. They are called poison arrows.
