Can you help ? I want to know how to update firmware from my desktop.I haven't bought the gopro 10 yet,am thinking now I probably won't as I cannot work out how to update it. Bah.
can u please help me? I have GoPro 10 and had it a while and I remember it being 120fps 4k then it updated to 4k 100fps only. I recorded a video when it was 120fps and I uploaded to the cloud and it plays fine on quick GoPro app. when I download to my pc it has a slow motion bar at bottom of the video as well as the bar to skip and drag to play. I can move the slow motion bar left and right cursers in together so it makes it that 1 second clip only being slow mo. I tried encoding and exporting and still it shows the slow motion bar on this only video I got. since then my videos have uploaded and play fine.
Since updating mone everytume i try to do a video on the go pro 10 it keeps going back to photo anf wont let me record any videos have u got amy advice why its doing this simce the update as im fuming here now
I don't use a cellphone and when I try to download the app on my laptop all I get is sales pitches and useless info. Where do I get the app for a laptop or desktop ?
My hero 10 footage looks horrible. Tried all different settings. Not sure whats wrong. Jitters. Objects in footage appear and disappear. Looks like 640 x 480. Gets blown out white, or shadows turn screen black. Nothing seems to work well at all. And then occasionally I get ok video in bright light if I don't move the camera much at all

I have the GoPro 10 black and it says I have the latest firmware V1.4. How do I get it load V1.6? Thank you
is wifi a must or do i just need a stable internet connection?

Did you find out how to update your gopro with a desktop rather than a cellphone.I fried my last cellphone and don't want another.
