1 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1:2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
To make the cross:
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup water, mix until a thick smooth paste is formed then transfer into a piping bag.
Orange jam for glaze as needed.
