I listen to this song in my car every morning on the way to work...I sing my heart out...must look like a demented person from the outside...I also play the guitar if I am at a red light...I do not know....can not explain it...just plain happiness even if sad lyrics...maybe that is what our lives are...happiness and sorrow and trying to make the best of it...
Your observation of what life may be is in my opinion spot on. I like to add that its all part of each individuals journey to experience both ups and downs. Now the hard thing is to try to even appreciate those moments that are super difficult. Why? Because they form our character, they chisel out whom we will be. Sometimes we wont meet whatever turmoil with much or enough maturity yet there are those moments that we accept what ever it is that came across our paths and dealt with it and learned and grew. Life is beautiful.
