How often do you have a chance to get a ultra rare phobie from a scary pack? Can you even get them?
They can appear in the tear packs but the chances are very low, that's where i got my scritch.

@@kkassassin1026 but it’s every game😂 when i got my 3.0 I tried to see some gameplay to try and figure out how to use him and all I saw here I how not to use him
@@omri1907 they generally show him losing because he is one of the most popular and powerful phobie in the game....so whenever a player defeats him, he/she just shares the recording to other youtubers
