Must agree. I wonder what he works from.. maybe a set of blueprints for real thing or a commercial RC excavator. Either way this thing looks as good, probably better, than store bought.
@@colossalbigfoot256 if you go watch part 3 in this series he took pictures and 3 view drawing of CAT 390F that is widely available online... pictures and simple drawing is more than enough the get all proportion correct. His attention to detail is what make this think look so real. I work at facility where this 390F is designed. I appreciate the fact he is promoting our product in a fantastic way. So much respect!

I've built RC kits and had issues figuring out how some parts go together. Designing something this complex from scratch is simply amazing!! Even if you have drawings, you are still making all the pieces from just PVC pipe. I really hope you work somewhere that you can express those abilities!! Doing this for fun is mind boggling. GREAT JOB!
@@ThatOpalGuy I mentioned it before when someone said he may have been following predrawn plans. I have had issues following the instructions for RC kits, with manufactured parts. He makes the parts from scratch, I certainly couldn't do that.
