I myself have found a workout routine that is working for me, just 10 minutes a day (I'm working on my abs right now) and I have noticed myself getting stronger and my back isn't hurting as much as it was (thanks to diastasis recti I found out!). I just completed day 114! I'm so proud of myself for staying this consistent, and it makes me excited to keep going to see my strength grow and grow.
I told my mom about you so she watched some of your videos, she also thinks you have such lovely videos. 🥰
